Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Limited parking, had to valet for $30 a night. Breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Had a delightful overnight stay in the King Guest Room. Loved the spaciousness and cozy atmosphere. However, the area surrounding the hotel had some homeless individuals, which felt unsettling. Parking was also a hassle. be prepared to walk if valet is full.

I noticed several homeless camps nearby, which made walking around uncomfortable. We faced noise disturbances from outside late into the night, which disrupted our sleep. The parking was a hassle too. I struggled with the app to pay for it, and the area felt sketchy at night. The hotel's interior has a musty smell that lingered even after we left, a bit surprising for a place charging upscale prices.

During my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Dallas Downtown, I especially loved the contemporary style of the decor and the spacious, well-lit King Guest Room. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting me with my needs throughout the visit.
